Cooking
Chocolate melt in a water bath, cool. Beat eggs with sugar until resistant foam. Stirring constantly, add softened butter, melted chocolate, flour and baking powder. The dough is thoroughly mixed to a smooth consistency with a spatula, spread in a greased form (diameter 20 - 24 cm).
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Cooled Korzh cut in half. The bottom cake grease cranberry sauce and cover with the second Korzh.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Cream bring to a boil, remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir with a whisk until chocolate is completely dissolved and getting a thick glossy mass.
