Cooking
The milk in the bowl slightly warm. Stir the yeast in it.
Beat eggs with sugar. Add salt, sour cream, melted margarine.
We mix it all together. A little heated and add the flour (not the whole).
The batter should be like thick cream.
When the dough is ready, wet your hands in vegetable oil, add the remaining flour and knead well (the dough should not be steep).
Put in a warm place to come again.
Formed the balls and let go.
Lepim patties. Grease an egg and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.
