Persian carpet
I sent my husband and son to the pediatrician for regular admission. After dinner (we're good) were my men in the shop with carpets. How brought them there, I don't know, but they were all talking about the carpet, which they loved. They unanimously told he's beautiful , big, fat, how many nodes and how many different colors that I had to agree to go the next day to watch the miracle carpet. And of course, I had to agree with the purchase, though I had to deal with another matter. And moreover, I the next day I baked bread the carpet... that's the kind of story recipe turned out.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    5.5 cup

  • Water

    370 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Knead the dough in the bread maker (or the usual way).

The dough roll out the layer and cut it into long plaits.

Take 10-12 bundles, place them on parchment paper to start the binding.

From the remnants of the dough I made the bars with a cheese filling. Filling: feta cheese, egg, parsley.

Lay the bars on a baking sheet and bake.

Bake at T-190* until tender. The idea of these bars I really liked. They turned out very flat and smooth; if you cook them without filling, it would make a great snack bars for hot dogs.
