Chocolate cupcake with curd
Delicious cupcake with a very delicate dough and cottage cheese filling. Preparing is a snap, and the result is always happy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Beat the egg, add the oil, yogurt, sugar, mix well (until smooth).

Separately mix flour, baking powder, cocoa. Pour it in the egg-kefir mass, mix thoroughly

Make filling. Mix cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla

Next, take the form, lubricated with oil, spread about half of the batter (fairly liquid, as sour cream), on top of the filling

Next, close it all the remnants of the dough, put in preheated oven, bake at 180 deg. about 50 min., check the match, if dry, you're done.
