Jelly of apricots
This summer, as well, and past, pleased with the harvest of apricots. Therefore you want diversity. I decided to try a jelly roll. This recipe produced ingredient is Apple juice.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Apple juice

    250 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

Apricots wash, sort, remove the bones.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the water and put apricot mass. Bring to a boil and boil 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to stir. Pot better cover, and then lots of "spitting"...
