Cooking
In broth boil barley until almost cooked.
Prepare zazharku of onions and carrots.
The amount of cabbage I did not specify,because you take "by eye"
I love to add in soups cumin and ginger.They give such a warm deep flavor!
When the barley is almost ready,add cabbage,cumin,ginger,salt to taste. After 5-10 minutes sauté. After another 5 minutes everything is ready.
