Cooking
Meat wash and cut into pieces (I cut them smaller, my children love it when little pieces of meat). In a pan pour oil and fry the meat.
Onion chop, grate carrot on grater and add all to the meat.
When the onions and carrots are cooked through, add the tomato paste, then add 1-2 tablespoons of roasted flour.
Potatoes peel and cut into cubes, add the potatoes to the finished zazharku and cook for 5 minutes.
Pre-prepare the boiled water and pour into the pan so that the potatoes covered with water.
When the potatoes are cooked, sauce is ready (it is desirable that the potatoes were boiled). In the end, add the greens.
