Lazy cabbage rolls with white cream sauce
Since childhood, I love meat under the white sauce. Decided to make their home the lazy cabbage rolls in a soft creamy sauce. It turned out very well. I suggest you to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

For minced meat: beef, onions, cabbage to scroll in a meat grinder

Season the mince with salt, pepper, add egg. Stir until smooth.

From our meat to form a lazy cabbage rolls, and breaded them in breadcrumbs.

Cabbage rolls fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

Prepare the sauce. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil.

Melt the butter, add flour and fry until Golden brown.

Gradually add milk, stirring all the time to avoid lumps, the sauce boil for a few minutes. Add the onions and carrots.

Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls.

Put in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
