Pollock
Fishing products offer to cook on the hot Pollock "Brine". In my opinion, the dish will not disappoint you.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Lemon grass

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Pickled cucumber

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cucumbers brand "6 acres" (5 pieces) cut into thin slices

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: lemongrass (2 teaspoons), black pepper and salt add to taste

In a baking dish and add the Pollock fillets, add the chopped plastics on top of pickles, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
