This salad I tried during the tour in one monastery, I modified it a bit. You have in mind for the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Cooking
Onion peel, finely chop and fry until Golden brown in oil
Squeeze the mushrooms from the brine, finely chop and add to the onions. add salt, black pepper to taste and cook for 5 minutes
On a dish place a layer of boiled rice, add some lean mayonnaise
Cool the mushrooms with onions and put it on rice
Shred the lettuce and lay on mushrooms, and on top of again to grease with mayonnaise vegetable
Squeeze the pineapples from the syrup, finely cut into cubes and lay out on a dish, then grease with mayonnaise
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater and spread on top of onion
Plentifully to grease with mayonnaise
