Salad with smoked mackerel
Outside the window a completely bleak picture.. our real southern traditional winter weather: ENDLESS RAIN...and so the third day.. stopped literally 30 minutes to begin with a Bang...in this weather particularly lovely hot summer days...and you want to paint at least going to summer happy colors.. SO I suggest to treat yourself to a delicate salad with smoked mackerel and fresh.. cooked vegetables.. cheese.. in a light dressing of mustard, garlic, coriander and olive oil (if not – and you plant to take, no smell)

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mackerel

    100 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    2 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    1.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

Cooking

Mackerel cut into pieces (pieces should be taken from midway, closer to the tail, so there's no excess fat from the abdominal area)

Cucumber cut into strips, leaving a few slices for decoration orange should be cleaned and cut into slices, without film mackerel cleaned from the skin and inner seeds, cut into pieces (thickness of about 0.7 cm)

Prepare the dressing: garlic and cilantro puree them with a knife, mix with mustard and oil

In boiling salted water, throw the frozen vegetables when the water again skipit, turn it off, recline in a colander, let cool slightly put the boiled vegetables in a bowl, add the cucumber, cut into strips, pour the dressing and stir well

Do the petals of mackerel in the center of each put a mound of cheese, cheese, lightly pour the hot ketchup spread the slices of orange and cucumber in the center of the salad with a little grated cheese and a PLEASANT APPETITE! :) PS if you don't like the combination of sweet and fish, the orange can not be added, but mamulki loved it and we have snyali this plate in one sitting:)
