Cooking
Potato boil in "uniform". When it boils, add sprigs of dill and cook until ready under the lid.
Peel potatoes, cut into slices and laid in a single layer on the preheated pan on a slow fire. Until one side is fried, finely grate cheese and mix with chopped greens.
Toasted on one side turn over the potatoes and put on each slice of the cheese mixture. Cover with a lid for a few minutes.
Spread the potatoes on a flat dish and to the table!
