Cooking is a very common hobby in German society. Both women and men cook recipes from cookbooks. Many people attend cooking classes or Studio.. Kochstudio.. where skilled chefs prepare several dishes depending on the theme. A week ago I watched on TV as the Berlin culinary Studio, cook with a lot of cheese. I wrote down one recipe and prepared it, I liked it. View and rate please this dish.

Cooking
Zucchini cut into strips in length.
On a sheet of baking paper on one edge to put half of the zucchini strips, a little stepping on one another.
On the zucchini to put ham.
Lubricate any mustard (I grain)
Put plastics cheese.
Put zucchini again in the same lap.
To cover the other half of the paper and roll slightly with a rolling pin. Cut into squares.
Grate cheese on a small grater, add eggs, a little pepper. Dip squares into eggs with cheese, put in hot pan with vegetable oil, put some more of the cheese mass. Fry on both sides. Long time to write, to do quickly.
