The Appetizer
On our beds anymore lush greenery, and the leaves yellow from somewhere came... but cucumbers all at all - grow up! This cucumber-tomato appetizer of overgrown cucumbers, but... there is one "but". Come, I'll be glad to share the idea.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 kg

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

So, a huge, overgrown, with thick skin, hard seeds cucumbers can be very useful approach for this procurement. Clean cucumbers peel, cut into boconnock and remove the seeds with a spoon.

Garlic peel and grind in a blender, but not very finely, not into a puree.

Mix salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar, oil, garlic and put in the marinade cucumber barrels. Cover lid and leave for 12 hours to let the juice.

After 12 hours, the tomatoes cut into slices by the number of barrels. Cloves paste to the cucumbers and put in sterile jars (slices should go with labour).

Pour liquid from cucumbers and sterilize 10 minutes. Roll, flip, wrap.

When serving, you can make a "sail" made of cheese or ham and floss, but that's another story... treat yourself and treat health!
