Soup-stew in Korean
In cold autumn day such a stew - thing. Warm, banish the Blues and colds, and very satisfying. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

For Korean food, the pork meat is one of the most common, and pork is quite fatty. Pork cut into pieces 4-5 cm.

Stew easier to cook in a cauldron or a deep frying pan. In vegetable oil fry the meat to a beautiful crisp. Over medium heat, 5-7 minutes, stirring. Peel the onion, cut into pucks and put it to the meat. Fry for 5 minutes.
