Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

step-0
Prepare all the ingredients.
step-1
Boil the potatoes until half-cooked "in uniform" (so the potato remains the most potassium). A little cool and clean. If the potatoes are large then cut into halves.
step-2
Garlic peel and RUB on a small grater (or using a press), mix with butter and spread on a hot pan with Rast. oil. Salt. A little hold on the fire, the salt was dissolved and the garlic butter gave their esters. Add the finely chopped herbs, seasoning.
step-3
To this mixture, put potatoes and fry until Golden brown. Who doesn't love roasted garlic, it can be a previous step to put the garlic with a slotted spoon. There will be only oil with garlic flavor.
step-4
In a separate bowl mix the yolks, cheese and Dutch, worn on a grater.
step-5
The potatoes, pour cheese sauce and put for 6 minutes in the oven. All! Our potatoes are ready! Bon appetit!!
