Scrambled eggs with salmon, peas and mozzarella
Another interesting Breakfast or dinner. Very often I have to disguise it a fish. Not very friendly I got home with her, but sorry... But this recipe I cook often.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Thaw fish in advance.

Preheat the oven. Whisk eggs with milk. Season.

Heat the oil in a pan (I do it all in the oven) and add the crushed garlic clove. Pour onlynow mass in the pan.

Spread on top of the fish pieces, frozen peas.

Spread the mozzarella, sliced.

Bake in the oven at 180*C until it will turn brown (about 20 min.)
