Cooking
Mix semolina with sour cream and leave for 30 minutes to swell (if the cream is too thick, you can dilute it with yogurt).
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, add the vegetable oil and beat again.
Mix the egg and semolina mixture, add the sifted flour mixed with vanilla and baking powder.
Plums cut into halves and remove seeds. Currant fit and fresh, and frozen (all berries can be any season).
Dough to shift in greased form (I have Teflon 26 cm in diameter), on top of distribute, not utaplivaja, berries.
Bake manna at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until dry splinter. Slightly cooled cake put on the dish and call home for tea.
