Pie on the yogurt with cottage cheese
Another option is cooking the pie with cheese filling. Do not need to whip, prepared quickly, the result is amazing: rosy, crispy and sweet biscuit.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Vanilla

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Soda let's stir in the yogurt and leave for 10 min.

Then add sugar, 2 eggs and mix up well.

Add vegetable oil, mix up.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, add to liquid components of the dough, mix well.

For cheese filling, mix cottage cheese with 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of sugar with a fork, add vanilla. If it gets too dry, add milk a little. But the liquid filling should not be.

Put the dough in shape with a diameter of 26 cm from Top to distribute the filling balls, i.e. not over the entire surface.
