Lecho
I want to share my recipe of this world snacks. Pepper turns in a thickish sauce. You can use as the tomatoes and tomato paste for cooking Lecho.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    2 l

  • Pepper

    2.5 kg

Twisted tomato strain through a sieve to discard seeds. Add the juice, oil, sugar, salt and bring to a boil.

Pepper clear from the core and seeds, cut into slices with a minimum thickness of 1 cm, put into the juice and simmer for 20 minutes. First, the juice doesn't cover the whole pepper, but after a few minutes the pepper is boiled! Add the garlic, passed through chesnokodavilku, vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes. To get 9% vinegar, you need to 1 tbsp. of 70% acetic essence, add 7 tbsp of water. Then take the required number of 9% vinegar.
