Sponge roll with butter cream
Versatile and delicious roll:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    360 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

Dough. The most common sponge cake: beat 4 eggs 180 gr. sugar, at the end add the flour. Baking tray lay a parchment, pour the batter and bake in the oven.

Still hot, quickly roll into a roll together with the towel.

Cream. 180 gr. of sugar and 1/3 Cup of water, put on fire, bring to a boil.

When the syrup has cooled, beat the butter and add a spoonful of the syrup.

In cream add 1-2 tbsp of brandy.

... and grease it with cream. Very tasty in cream add chopped fruit or berries - it's very cool, goes well with kiwi, banana, strawberries, cherries (especially "drunk", ie, slightly soaked in vodka), etc.

Fold rolls and good cooling.

The most delicious roll becomes about a day, so be sure to stash it in the refrigerator a little deeper;)
