Cooking
It's very simple.Meat cut into small pieces ( thin,like a straw).Who likes onions first, fry the onion,then spread the meat and fry for 5-6 minutes If you're adding mushrooms (usually I take mushrooms) first mushrooms fry for 2-3 minutes then spread the meat
In the fried meat add a tablespoon of flour .Mix.Then sour cream and mustard ,stir and simmer in the sauce for another minute.
Spread the meat on pita bread .Top a few slices of tomato and grated cheese.Turn .I do not small envelopes ,the pita bread is not cut.One large per serving .
And fry in vegetable oil on both sides over medium heat until Golden brown
