Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    900 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Garlic

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Water

    800 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Carrots

Liver wash, cut into medium-sized pieces. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Onions and carrots cut into small cubes. Bell pepper cut into strips or cubes or average size

Liver fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Salt, pepper-to taste

Put the liver with vegetables in a dish, suitable for baking in the oven, pour the tomato sauce flour, add 300 ml water, once salt and pepper to taste, add parsley
