Pork cut into pieces with a thickness of about 1.5 cm
With a sharp knife, make a lengthwise incision in the form of "pocket".
Finely chop the cucumbers.
Also finely chop the garlic.
All the ingredients mix up. If pork is lean, add finely chopped bacon.
