Marinated mackerel from Suzdal
Very simple, but incredibly tasty option for marinating mackerel.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 kg

  • Salt

    100 ml

  • Sauce

    100 ml

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Allspice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    500 ml

Cooking

Mackerel cleaned of entrails and heads.

In 500 ml of water, add salt, heat to dissolve salt. Add the sauce-marinade.

Pour the cooled marinade the mackerel and leave in a cool place for 8 hours.

Cut the fish into pieces. Onion peel and cut into rings. Pepper grind in a mortar.
