Very simple, but incredibly tasty option for marinating mackerel.

Cooking
Mackerel cleaned of entrails and heads.
In 500 ml of water, add salt, heat to dissolve salt. Add the sauce-marinade.
Pour the cooled marinade the mackerel and leave in a cool place for 8 hours.
Cut the fish into pieces. Onion peel and cut into rings. Pepper grind in a mortar.
And again, mackerel... peppers.. onions And pour all the vegetable oil without smell.
