Plum cake with sugar glaze
Cute pie with sour, thanks to the plums, which, however, it is balanced by the sweetness of the icing. Cookie monster could be bigger, I take a form a little smaller. The overall impression left is very nice, disappeared somehow too quickly. The recipe is from cooking site Olga Sobocinski. Very smart young girl.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar

To prepare the products. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Form about 30*24 see I had a little bit more and the cake turned out smallish, but the taste is absolutely not affected.
