And offer You a recipe of beautiful and, most importantly, delicious pastries - the "ring& quot; of dried apricots and raisins. This is a recipe of French cuisine, so this name. Ingredients

  • Milk

    120 g

  • Yeast

    0.75 tsp

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Raisins

    60 g

In the evening soak in water dried apricots and raisins.

The next day: mix the flour, sugar and salt.

In warm milk add yeast, set aside for 10 minutes.

Melt the butter, add to flour mixture.

Then add the milk with yeast, knead the dough. You may need more or less flour. Put in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.

Add sugar (3 tbsp) soft butter (50 g - optionally, you can add less oil).

Roll the dough into a rectangle. Put the stuffing.

Then shape the ring. Set aside for 30-40 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. If you spilled a little oil from the filling, then spread it over the pie. Cool and serve.
