Jujube — tree of youth and health! It is not only delicious, but also terribly useful! Jujube beautiful like in its raw form and in the form of jam and tea, which I want to demonstrate today. The Breakfast was a success! ;)

Cooking
Sort the fruits according to their maturity and size, remove the stalk, discarded damaged, mine, I give to drain the water and prick with a fork.
Blanchere in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Sugar and water make syrup.
Pour boiling syrup and give it brew for 5 hours (at least). Then cook on slow heat for 20-25 minutes, at the end add cinnamon and acid.

Boil for 10 minutes, drain.
Add sugar to taste and acid.
