Pickles
Extremely crispy and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Bay leaf

  • Garlic

  • Horseradish

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 kg

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

Thoroughly wash the cucumbers and cover them with cold water for 3-4 hours.

Sterilize jars (I do this in the oven). Prepare the herbs and seasoning.

In lukewarm banks lay the herbs, spices and pickles. You can safely cut the cucumber, if you do not fit. Banks pour boiling water and allow to stand for 3-4 minutes. First the water is drained. The second pour back into the pot and boil again. In each jar (I liter) add 1 heaped tablespoon of salt, 2 tbsp. of 9% vinegar.

Pour the boiling "second" water, roll, turn, banks, wrap it up and VOILA! ready)))
