Description
The recipe comes with a pack of pitas (round Mexican flatbread tortillas), prepared first with them, but it is not very pellet like. Then decided to do the usual Armenian lavash and were delighted! Hot, easy, fast, delicious and healthy Breakfast!

The onion finely crumble cubes, fry for a few minutes.
Tomatoes and pepper cut into cubes as well and add to the onions. Fry three to four minutes. The veggies inside are fresh and preserve the vitamins!
Crumble a garlic and greenery, one minute fry with vegetables and cool! If hot spread, pita badly torn.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Spread on the pita stuffing, cheese and wrap.
Put the quesadilla in the pan and close the lid.
Fry until crisp on both sides.
For my husband, unfortunately, add the sausage. Whether it is not right! :) Not a vegetarian he! Figure no one observes.
