Pickled mushrooms
Every year I make this dish. Then treat for the holidays guests. Almost a substitute for meat.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    4 kg

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushrooms wash, cut into pieces, cover with water and boil it since boiling 20 min.

Drain the water, rinse the mushrooms again to fill with water and throw in the mushrooms, salt, pepper and vinegar, a Bay leaf, boil for another 20 min.

In sterile jars to pour the mushrooms and roll with sterile lids. Bon appetit. When will the Bank, you need to drain the marinade. But mushrooms don't need to rinse.
