Beet caviar with walnuts
Offer another quick and simple recipe. Beet caviar is a vitamin and a very healthy snack, available at any time of the year. In conjunction with toast or biscuit it is a great snack or easy addition to dishes from cereals or potatoes. For the recipe thank the author Joan Dyatlov.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    75 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

So, collect the products.

Cut onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes.

Beets boil or bake (like who used), cut into small cubes.

In a bowl mix the tomato paste and soy sauce. Pour in the fried onions.

Add beets, all mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. Beet acquires a bright crimson color.

The mixture cools a little and add the chopped walnuts and parsley.

The eggs are ready.
