At first glance it may seem that the carrots in Korean. Actually looks like only in appearance. The recipe is completely different. Much easier, and the result is no worse. Very delicious thing. The ingredients can be varied. I cooked this dish with chicken, pork, and even squid. All three options are very good. Opinion in the family is divided: I like chicken, my daughter with calamari, and my husband and son love all three options!!!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Carrot peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. To prisolit and set aside.

To prepare other products. Onions and garlic are clear.

Onion cut into half or chetvertfinalny and fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful Golden color. Put onions in a bowl.

Meat cut into thin strips.

Fry meat in remaining onions vegetable oil until Browning and fully cooked. If you decide to do with squid, it is not more than 5 minutes.

Add meat and onions to the carrots. Mix well. Add the garlic, passed through a press, red pepper and soy sauce.

To fill with vegetable oil and all carefully mix to the meat, onions and garlic evenly in carrots. To put the salad in a pot and put it in the fridge.

The longer the starter stands, the tastier it is. You can eat for a whole week and not get bored. As needed, remove from refrigerator required number.
