Mushroom soup with barley
A recipe from the Internet, but adapted to what was in the fridge... Tasty and, if you exclude the meat, wholesome soup...

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Dry red wine

    50 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    2 l

First, the meat cut into small pieces and put to boil the broth.

Barley cover with water and boil until soft for 30 min. drain the Water

Onion chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Carrots coarsely chop and add to the onions..

Mushrooms cut into large pieces, add to the vegetables and fry until evaporation of liquid and light Browning. Then add the tomato paste and protrusive a couple of minutes.
