Very quick to prepare dish... Liver is soft, tender, with lots of sauce... Recipe is from "Culinary treasures".

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    900 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    12 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dry red wine

    125 ml

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

It is very easy! Mix oil and butter. On the part of this mixture fry for a minute sliced mushrooms. The second part of the oil to fry until transparent onion with the crushed garlic. In the remaining oil sauté for 3-4 minutes chicken liver.
