Chickpeas-chickpeas are best soaked in cold water for a day. Peas very much swell, do not panic, it should be. The next day, thoroughly washed peas, pour water and put on fire. Appears the scum and smell like meat, don't be surprised as it is! Remove with a slotted spoon foam, reduce heat and simmer for about an hour. Add a teaspoon of turmeric.
Olive oil is heated, add chopped garlic, seasoning any.
Pour sauteed tomatoes or tomato juice, or tomato paste mixed with water. Bring to a boil, add salt.
In a saucepan with the chickpeas, add our sauce, stir well and cook for next 15 minutes. The soup is ready, sprinkle with dill or parsley.
