Pumpkin soup with seafood
I dreamed this recipe... even strange at first glance, the combination was VERY tasty! But it is necessary to choose a pumpkin poslednee that was less sweet.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seafood

    150 g

  • Pumpkin

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

So, in a saucepan melt the butter, lightly fry in it the potatoes, onions and pumpkin.

At the end add the flour. Add chicken broth and simmer until the vegetables are tender. 5 minutes until cooked put the prepared seafood.

The resulting mass is passed through a sieve (seafood is simply delayed). Mix cream with egg yolk. They refill the soup. Salt. Return back the seafood.
