Chorba is a Bulgarian soup with vegetables, which is brewed on the basis of chicken or Turkey broth. Delicious, hearty, flavorful, rich.

First, prepare zazharku. Vegetables wash, peel. Carrots cut into strips, onions in small cubes, celery strips.

Fry the vegetables in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the tomato paste.

Stir and simmer for another 1 minute.

To prepare the soup, we need the rice, it rice "Jasmine" from "Mistral".

Take the broth, I have chicken. Meat can get, but I prefer to make soup with the meat, so chicken was the taste of the vegetables. Put in the soup, the rice and diced potatoes, bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Put fried vegetables, bring to a boil.

We scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skins.

Cut into cubes zucchini (young), bell peppers, and tomatoes.

Put the vegetables in the soup, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Put salt and flakes of red hot pepper, Bay leaf, squeeze out the garlic. Stir, bring to a boil and cook until tender for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Turn off the fire. Infuse the soup with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
