Simple to prepare and elegant appetizer of pita bread: a little dough and lots of toppings. Inside the crunchy shell is a tasty autumn vegetable meats. Suggest to cook tomorrow for dinner - the family will be happy!

Here's a pumpkin (green with yellow flesh) grew up in the country - a very delicate neutral taste. Grind onion, pumpkin peel and seeds, cut small cubes.

Fry the onions until transparent, add the pumpkin and simmer 10 minutes. Add salt, season with thyme (that's it, in my opinion, especially suited to the pumpkin). Add to the vegetables chopped meat (any, I have a piece of home baked ham) and chopped garlic.
