Mini-casserole of potatoes, cheese and herbs
Initially, the idea was to make potato muffins, but not enough flour:-( and turned out delicious potato mini-zapekanki)))

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    350 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Green onions

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender.

Slice the cheese and herbs,grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
