Roasted vegetables with Provencal herbs
I can't imagine a barbecue without baked vegetables. And every time I have a picnic there are roasted vegetables, pre-marinated in a spicy marinade. I want to share one of my favorite dishes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper
