Squash caviar
The recipe suggested to my mom, now share with you. Caviar is very tasty, flavorful and moderately spicy. Good for meat, can be used as a filling for soups. It turns out 11 cans of 0.45 L.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 kg

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    0.5 kg

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

Cooking

All the vegetables mince. In the resulting mass add salt, sugar, pepper mix, tomato paste, vegetable oil. Mix well.

Cook to a boil, after lower the heat and cook for another 30 min. For 5 minutes until cooked pour in the vinegar. Mix well.
