Many people love zucchini pancakes, and my family is no exception. Of course I used to cook them much more often than now and so many variants have tried, do not count. Try to cook pancakes with zucchini and Turkey meat, we are very pleased!

Cooking
Grate zucchini on a grater, a little salt, drain and squeeze out the liberated juice. To connect with Turkey mince, add pepper, chopped dill and ground pepper.
Chop the onion and add it to squash the mass. Add the egg and flour.
With the help of a tablespoon spread the mass in a heated with oil pan. Fry on medium heat.
When the bottom is browned, flip the pancakes and fry the other side.
Ready pancakes first place on napkins to remove excess oil, and then put on a clean plate.
