English muffin out of the microwave
Recipe taken from the book by Robert Ribera "gluten free in 5 minutes", the name I saved as the original. Bread turns out very airy, perfect for Breakfast, takes a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Fruit puree

    2 Tbsp

  • Rice flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.125 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

1. In a small container, lightly beat egg whites to form a foam with bubbles of different sizes.

2. Add all other ingredients, stir until smooth.

3. The dough pour in a greased ceramic form without a handle (I used ramekin), put it in a different form of water to water corresponded to the level of the test. Put the form in the microwave for 2 minutes (power 900 watts). *Cooking time may depend on thickness of applesauce (I have more liquid). The original recipe bread is baked for 1 minute, but it is not specified power level.

4. The finished bun to cool in the form, then remove, cut into two pieces and serve with jam, butter or vegetables.
