A fan of tomato soups, I began after a trip to India. That's where how to cook delicious soup of ripe tomatoes. Offer soup does not apply to Indian cuisine, but nonetheless very tasty. The idea was taken from the recipe published in a very old magazine "Cooking". Help yourself!

Cooking
Onions and garlic are clear. Shred.
Place tomatoes with juice add to blender, punching until smooth.
Broccoli divide into florets, boil in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until soft. Drain in a sieve.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat the oil. Then add the onion, garlic and fry 3 minutes.
Canned beans drain in a sieve, rinse under running water.
In a pan with onions and garlic, pour in the tomato puree, a glass of hot water, bring to boil, add sugar, spices, sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Add the beans, broccoli, again bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, taste and if necessary add spices and salt.
Soup pour into bowls and add slices of Parmesan. Bon appetit!
