Simple ramen with spicy chicken
Ramen is probably one of the only "first" dishes in China, which I like. It's a very simple ramen with a minimum of ingredients (only in the complexity of the spices). No wonder that he later "evolved" into the instant noodles. So here's a simple, quick and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Lemon grass

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Broth

    1200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Noodles

To grate lemongrass and sprinkle over chicken. Add the chicken, salt, honey and pepper. Set aside for a few minutes and then boil the noodles.

Fry on high heat the chicken until cooked (depends on the size of the fillets). Cut into thin slices.
