Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    15 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 l

  • Salt

  • Tomato

Cooking

Use young vegetables. Carrots and beets cleaned

Grate and send it to simmer in a pan with butter.
