Cold soup
Why "Natasha? And because all of the ingredients in this dish are rubbed on a coarse grater... a Great refreshing soup in hot weather! The smell of fresh vegetables, greens and roasted pine nuts - help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Sourdough

    3 g

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Cucumber

    300 g

  • Radishes

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Water, carbonated

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

First you need to prepare kefir. I used this yeast TM "Oursson".

Pour over boiling water capacity to prepare and pour a powder-sourdough from a portion of the bag.
