Oooooooo... That was something! Absolutely incredible dish turned out! Judge for yourself... Gorgeous dish!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Orange juice

    0.5 cup

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork ribs wash in cold water and cut into portions.

Mix thoroughly 2 tbsp jam, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey and chili sauce.

The ribs lay in a baking dish, well-lubricated with a brush and send in a hot oven to bake.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic.

Cut into pieces and grind in a blender until smooth.

When the ribs are browned, something like this (in the process of baking I have them a couple of times smeared with marinade), take out the baking sheet.

Flip the ribs and brush the remnants of the sauce. Send in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in deep skillet, heat the oil and fry the garlic and the onion puree for 5 minutes.

Add ginger, broth, juice, ketchup, honey and jam. Mix well.

Lay the ribs in the sauce, here to pour the juice from cooking and put it to stew on very low heat under a lid until tender.
