Diet tasty, lean dish. Just melts in your mouth. Tasty as in cold, hot.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Onion

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Puree tomato

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    2 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Scrape the courgettes and cut into bochonochkom, 5 inches tall.
